Dear Forum,

I'm hoping someone can help me here. Since upgrading Sabnzbd to the latest version, I am having most downloads with problems. Sabnzbd completes the download, but in the folder there is a list of files of "File" type. I don't know what to do next.....

Downgrade to previous version, and see if it works again?

I'll give that a go and report back. It isn't happening with all NZBs, but probably 75% of them - thanks!

But most likely its due to the source of your NZB files.
We can only fix files if we know what files they are, for this we need par2 files or other naming info.
If that isn't present, we can't fix and you get these unknowns!

Quick report back - I downgraded to 2.3.4 and both downloads attempted since have completed successfully using the same NZB file that didn't work with version 2.3.7.

I don't understand why this is so, but I'm happy things seem to be working well.
