I'm using 2.3.5, on linux.
I have 'detect duplicate downloads > discard
and 'detect duplicate episodes in series > fail job (move to History).
Yet, I get this... ALL the time...

-rw-rw-rw-+ 1 1300 10 143939423 Mar 13 22:17 S15E17.mkv
-rw-rw-rw-+ 1 1300 10 156653897 Mar 13 22:19 S15E17.mp4

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
