I see this at the bottom of the interface: This skin is no longer supported and may lose functionality in future releases.

This thread says the fix is in Config > General but the only option there is the language and English is what it is set to so I don't want to change that.

So how do I get this warning to get away? Do I have to learn Polish lol

Click on Advanced in the upper right corner. Then "Web Interface" will appear ... and you can select Glitter Default.
