I am running version 2.3.9 on synology. I cannot access my sabnzbd config from outside my network (I didn't have this issue if I was running straight from my PC). I have a ddns server through ASUS that resolves to my sabnzbd just fine if I'm on my home wifi but if I disconnect and attempt via LTE on my cellphone, for example, I lose access to sabnzbd. Re-connect back to home wifi and it works fine. I have forwarded my 8080 port on my ASUS router the same way I have for my sonarr and radarr ports. Radarr and sonarr work fine from outside the network, but sabnzbd does not.
In settings under External access I have: "Full Web Interface" selected and currently I do not have a username/password selected.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Re: External connection issue
What error are you getting when you are external? Timeout? Or specific warning?

Re: External connection issue
Just a timeout.. Doesn't seem to resolve. Nothing noted in the sab logs. Maybe the connection request isn't even getting to it?
Re: External connection issue
Seems port forwarding not working on the router? Otherwise you'd see a log entry if we got a request and did something with it.

Re: External connection issue
Seems you were right. I changed my port number in SAB from the default and edited that port again in my ASUS settings and it worked. Maybe somehow that port was being somehow taken up by something else? Who knows...works now though. Thanks!
