Hello together,
singe a couple days sabnzbd is not unzipping anymore. Does anyone has an idea?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Can you give some more info? What system are you on?
What did you try already? Is something different about these downloads?
In Config > Specials, is enable_unzip turned on?
In the Config first page, is a warning shown about missing unzip/7zip?
Are the unzip and 7zip executables available. Some Windows virusscanners sometimes falsly remove them. Reinstalling SABnzbd will work and excluding SABnzbd program-directory from your virusscanner.
