I have a synology nas set up running sab, etc... For whatever reason, and its only the last few days, after a DL completes the file moves (it was supposed to move to plex dir) and its gone... I cant find it anywhere, its like its trashing it.
Logs dont help either...
ANy help would be very much appreciated.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

So you don't have any Post-processing scripts?
After SABnzbd lists the job as "complete" it won't ever touch it again. So you can check the logs (maybe switch them to +Debug) what happend before that.
After that it seems most likely that softare like Sonarr/Radarr/Sickbeard/nzbToMedia processes the file automatically.
Do you have any of those?
