Raspbian buster upgrade or install sabnzbd v3x

Hello all,
I've been trying to determine how best to upgrade or install version 3 on my pi4 raspbian build. I'm running 2.x from the buster repo, though it has not yet been updated to v3, so I'm trying other methods. Specifically, I thought I'd try docker cli, but not having much luck. I've downloaded the linuxserver/sabnzbd latest, created a container and it seems to run. I have some config issues that I'll figure out later, like how to set actual paths, as everything in the container assumes /config is the base dir. That said, when I try to pull up sabnzbd in my browser, both from my laptop, and from the pi itself over VNC, nothing comes up. I'll go search for error logs next, but I'm obviously missing something. Any good guides out there, or advice as to what to try next? Thanks in advance!
