Guys i am currently using Windows 10 pro 1909. when i ever i try to download from Sabnzb i am getting error saying Failed making. Is there anyone could help me. I will b e more then thankful to you

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

First try a simple restart of your pc. Sometimes Windows is a bit weird after updates.
Then make sure you have setup correct folders. Why is it saying it failed to create the folders?
Could also be a virusscanner or anti malware scanner like malwarebytes. Try disabling it.
