No suitable authentication method found

Hi all
Partial noob here(!!!) so please bare with me... I've installed this on an Unraid setup which I've coupled with sonarr with xsnews subscription. When I download the Usenet it downloads but then shows up the subject line wording for everything, despite it appearing to unpack as I understand it should. Navigating to the file through the cloud commander docker container I can see the file there though it is unplayable
I'm sure I must be missing something obvious, I have of course added the API key for the provider as well as trying a few other passwords for the indexer I have tried to use too(nzbgeek)

I have no idea what you're talking about, so ... back to the basics:

In SABnzbd's upper right corner, click on the wrench symbol ("Status and interface options"), then click on first tab Status, and there click on "Test download" 100MB or 1000MB.

What is the result?

Downloaded 100mb file then throws up 'no suitable authentication method was found'

I searched SAB's source code, and the 'no suitable authentication method was found' seems to be from SABnzbd trying to send a mail.

So ... did you set up SAB to send a mail after downloading? If so, if you turn that off, and try again ...

Thank you Sander, much appreciated....a few other probs now but that one is solved lol...knew it was something simple...just didnt think THAT simple!!!
