SABnzbd Daemon on LibreElec

I've just installed LibreELEC 9.2.6 standalone on an Asus Chromebox
How can I install SABnzbd Daemon? Is this possible with LibreELEC as there is no command line.

Funnily enough it was one of yours!

It was completely over my head.
Next is was about Thoradia, but the page basically was about someone who couldn't get it to work.
Then I went down a rabbit hole of using a "docker". No success.
Then went back to Thoradia and I've had success.
I use DuckDuck and maybe not as good as Google. Really I'm not one of those people who just posts without looking. I'm just not IT literate and this has taken me all day.
