I found a windows notification with this on it, prompting me to click OK. And the message was also in Sabnzbd. It apparently downloaded a file callled SAB. I hope this isn’t another malware situation!

Yes, it's the same malware as before.
If you didn't already set username/password, also reset your API-key.

I did the last time. I don’t think anything executed. Or is the mere download a sign that I’m somehow compromised?
