SABnzbd Forums

I've got several items queued, not paused, but still not downloading. I've combed through forum history and wiped cached, double checked setup to make sure the suggested/noted configurations were appropriate. There is nothing in the log noting a warning or failure. I've made no recent changes to the configurations, it just seems to have stopped. I even did queue repair and a test download, but it too just sits there. All other system performance tests show fine. Any ideas?

The usual steps:

Make sure you have Newservers defined & enabled, and that when you click on Test Server, the connection is OK.

Make sure you have no Tracebacks or other errors in the log file sanbzbd.log

If the above OK, then ...

* SABnzbd is paused by the pause/play-button in the upper left corner
* SABnzbd is paused because there is not enough disk space
* SABnzbd is paused because of a scheduled pause (so time-based, see Schedule)
* SABnzbd is paused because there is no working & enabled Newsserver (check with Server -> Test Server)
* SABnzbd is paused because all individual downloads are paused
* SABnzbd is paused because a category (Config -> Categories) is set to priority Paused

Hi, all items listed have been reviewed and are working appropriately.
*Newservers tested connection is good.
*No logged issues or errors.
*No schedule setup.
*No individual paused files or general pause, all items are active.

Enable Debug logging in the Status window and then restart. Download the logs and maybe share them through pastebin, they will be anonymous if you use the button in the Status window.
