Cant upgrade to latest version

Each time I click upgrade to 3.3.1 I am sent to the download page.
Even after making a donation I still cant download the latest version.
I found Unconfirmed 581028.crdownload 14423 KB on my windows 10 is this the correct file.

No. That is a partial download (by Chrome).
What if you use another webbrowser to download 3.3.1?

I'm using Microsoft Edge Browser and just discovered that Microsoft Defender Smart screen blocked this download
Said SABnzbd-3.3.1-win-setup.exe was blocked because it could harm your device.
I managed to download the file once I said it was okay.
