Synology 7 with Docker extremly slow

Since SABnzb currently is not installable on Syno 7 I installed it on Docker, which runs fine, but DL speed is only at 1,4mb.

It should be arround 50mb/sek.

I tested other apps which works fine, so its not the connection or device.

Any ideas?
