Slack Notifications Windows: error about not able to find Python

I am fairly new to this but despite having a good Google I can't find the answer.

I am looking to create a simple notification for slack, I have tried several ways, but feel I am missing some steps out.

So far I have tried NZB-Notify's script, but keep getting a error about not able to find Python, I have installed python 2.7 and 3.9, but still unable to find, also added python 3.9 to the path options (couldn't fine appdate to add 2.7 to path in Windows.)

Have also tried bash script, but again get an error (I can't seem to post the error as a new user, as it thinks I am posting a link, and I am not allowed)

As it stands I can copy and paste, but my understanding of what I am doing is limited.

Any help is very much appreciated, thanks.

After installing Pyhon3, did you reboot Windows

What is the full path to the python executable?
