Hi,
I recently upgraded from 0.25 to the new sabnzbdplusplus. All was well, until last week when it would not load. When I start it up, I can see it running in taskmanager (if that makes any sense), with a normal memory load+cpu. But after only a few seconds it dissapears/quits itself, and I cannot access it. I've tried reinstalling it multiple times, even on different harddrives.
So I thought, I'll use 0.25 again. This will start, but for some reason I cannot add any servers. Even manually editting the .ini file will not display any servers, and thus not download anything. I have no idea if these issues are caused by the same problem, but it seems strange.
I havn't installed anything weird or new that may have caused this, nor downloaded any windows updates.
I'm using Windows XP.
Thank you for your help.
Edit:

Check your log. Does it contain strange error's? (don't post your log file here)
Re: sabnzbdplus won't load (quits after a few seconds)
Where would I find this log-file for 0.35? I found the one for 0.25 in /logs/ but did not find anything that could indicate a problem with not being able to add a server (or loading it from the .ini)
And I'm not using any firewall or anything.

By default it's in the user profile.
On XP:
c:\documents and settings\USERNAME\local settings\application data\sabnzbd\logs\sabnzbd.log
Maybe its easier to use:
Start -> All Programs -> SABnzbd -> SABnzbd - SafeMode
This will show a console windows with the error messages.
Did you keep the two installations (0.2.5 and 0.3.2) seperate. You cannot just mix files from these two!

Re: sabnzbdplus won't load (quits after a few seconds)
No such thing as that directory.
Also, when starting the safe mode the console appears, some sentences appear but it quits itself to fast to be able to read it. Is there an option to keep the window from closing itself so I'm able to read what happens?
and yes, I kept both installs seperat.
edit: okay, it says something about "fatal error", but can't make out the rest. and it goes way too fast for me to press "Pause" at the right time.

Re: sabnzbdplus won't load (quits after a few seconds)
When you start it from the command line like this.
c:\program files\sabnzbd\sabnzbd-console.exe -f "c:\documents and settings\USERNAME\sabnzbd.ini"
where USERNAME is your login name.
This way all directories will be created in "c:\documents and settings\USERNAME" and the log files will be
in the sub-folder "logs".
c:\program files\sabnzbd\sabnzbd-console.exe -f "c:\documents and settings\USERNAME\sabnzbd.ini"
