3.1 connection problem

Post by pontypool »

I have a problem in 3.1.. im unsure if its a bug or not, but the connection tab reports i am connected to only 1 of a possible 8 servers? download speed reports at 0.95 - 1.05k .
although im sure the actual download speed is 0 since its been like that for an hour and has no progress what so ever.  I tripple checked the server details and they are all fine.. downloading works ok in newsleecher so it cant be my newshosting account.

How do i uninstall this app? i tried deleting the folder but when i redownload and extract the new folder, i run sabnzbd but its still configured with my server and my download que. so obviously i cant just try "reinstalling" coz all the old settings are applied.

is this a bug or not? someone help me please.

Checklist:
- Look at the the "connections" page for errors and warnings and if any connection is made with servers
- Make sure downloading is not paused

The settings are in the folder:
XP:
c:\documents and settings\USERNAME\application data\sabnzbd

Vista:
c:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\sabnzbd

This folder contains further admin folders and the file  sabnzbd.ini
Check this file tool if the server settings are OK (use Notepad).
