Scheduled Bandwidth Limiting

Is it possible to schedule the bandwidth limit? Essentially what I am trying to achieve is a schedule that will based on peoples work/sleep habits automatically scale the amount of bandwidth that SABnzbd is using.

In current versions: No
But it has been coded for 0.4.0
