  • Do you experience problems during downloading?
    Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
    Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
    We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.
  • Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
    Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Problem getting downloads to start and speed.

I have th??e id posts, size, and age. But no downloading speed or bit/sec. Why is it not downloading? I am on Vista, what am I not doing???

I'm going to go with the "help" choice.

Do you have your server details correct in Config->Servers?
Does the Connections page mention any errors?

Also, moved to General Help.
