Category: Am I missing something?

Post by drh »

Sorry if this question has been posed before, I'm still a newb to this and I can't seem to find the answer in the forums.

When I set a category, say "tv" - I'm assuming that any sabnz downloads that come from Sickbeard should automatically be identified and categorized as tv, no? For some reason, all TV Shows that I download are being categorized as "Default" and I need to change them manually myself (in order for the post processing to work properly).

Did I misconfigure something? Here is how I have my "tv" category setup:

tv    Normal    +Delete    Z:\TV Shows    tv.*, tv*, *tv*, tv:*, TV*, *TV*

No matter which show I download, the category is always set to Default. What am I missing?

Thanks!

SABnzbd only knows how to get category info from a limited number of indexers (newzbin.com and nzbmatrix.com).
For all other SickBeard will have to provide the category in another way.

I think you have to set that option within sickbeard itself.
