I use REFLECT to backup my system and restore regularly, every few weeks usually.
I just noticed after a restore, my RSS information wasn't saving anything new that i changed after making the backup . I've moved my admin folder off C:
Is the file in C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\sabnzbd.ini the one that contains RSS programming and can I just update it after a restore without issue?

sabnzbd.ini contains the definitions.
admin\rss_data.sab contains what has been read before from the feeds.

Ok, on restoring a system, I can just overwrite the .ini with my newer backed up version without issue?

Yes, as long as SABnzbd isn't running at the moment of overwriting.
