upgrading by cli? [freebsd]

Hi all running sabnzbd on freebsd based server,now i want to upgrade sabnzbd cause it's still running on 7.14,just want a simple command to upgrade by cli.
Can anyone advice me or show/give the command?
Service sabnzbd upgrade doesn't work sadly.
