Hi,
i cant limit my download speed, each option i change wont have any effect on the speed. Sab only download with full speed.
I tried different skins, different limits i dont know what to do anymore.
I have the newest sab version with windows10 with chrome browser.
Can someone please help me? I dont want to use my full speed because i only have a 16M connection and than i cant do anything else if full speed is active.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.

So what have you set for Max line speed?
When you use Glitter skin, a slider should be present to limit the speed. This slider also shows the speed its going to limit it to.
This is is all in MB/s, not MBps.
