I just installed the new version SABnzbd-1.2.0-win32-setup after loading a fresh image of my machine in xpsp3 ..im getting a error
This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect .. I've reinstalled and uninstalled several times
i've installed c++ 2015 redistribuable and the newest Java .. I've read that someone else had the same problem and had to use windows update .. which didn't help until he used windows update non essential updates .. I dont want to do an update ..what does sabnzbd need to run on win xpsp3?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.

I had to install python for xp which wasn't the new one 2.7.13
