Ah, the infamous "'utf8' codec can't decode byte ... ". Caused by combination of SAB's Unicode setup, and special characters in some non-Unicode encoding

0xc3 is "Ã" (Captital A, with tilde). That's weird in German, isn't it?

I tried the download on Linux, and no problem. As expected
But I see no à in the download. Strange.

@onlinehai: is there a special character in your download path?
What is your download (temp and complete): your local C: drive, or ... ?

The solution turned out to be a password-file that had lots of nonsense in it.
Clearing the password-file solved the problem.
