Since updating to 2.3.0 [ba7d906] most video files downloaded in association with Sonaar have reported as complete but are not. The files seem to contain around a fifth of the content expected and will not play beyond 5 to 10 minutes into the show. I have, of course, experienced the odd glitch like this in the past with single files but today it has been with everything I've downloaded.

Sabnzbd will check the integrity of the download and won't unpack them otherwise. I think it must really be the files that you have downloaded.
Try something completely different.
Or try what happens without sonarr, just adding tremendous NZB manually.
