Using Google I found an old topic on this forum with same error code: viewtopic.php?t=22844

Can you do the same thing as described there to start sabnzbd from command line and see what error is thrown?

Using ethernet on 10.1.1.4 now I'll try with wireless enabled which has the 10.1.1.3 addy

yup redefining the host to 10.1.1.4 fixed it!

Good that it works.

BUT why do you fill out such a specific IP address? What is your goal of that?
