Errno 10061] (10060, 'timed out'

Test Server returns [Errno 10061] (10060, 'timed out'). Windows 10, 64 bit. I tried with SABnzbd-2.3.2-win and win64, wih firewal enable and disabled, but the results are the same.

Which server have you filled out exactly?
Because "[Errno 10061] (10060, 'timed out')" means 1) Yes, the hostname is resolvable (so not spelling mistake) and 2) it's unreachable for the port given
You can generate the error when you fill out "
www.microsoft.com" as newsserver ...
