OS: Synology DSM 6.2.2-24922 Update 2
If I hold/pause sabnzbd manually and then directly download an nzb, it scans the 'watched' folder and starts downloading instead of waiting until the 'Pause' status is changed manually into 'Resume'. Can you tell me how to solve? Thanks!

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

If you have a category setup or the job setup to have Priority Force, it will overrule the paused state of the queue.
