Paused Queue started up automatically

I got a note from my internet provider that I was near my monthly download limit. I continued adding downloads but left my queue paused. I would download a few files each day. I woke up this morning and found my queue was empty. It had downloaded 83GB during the night while I was asleep. What's up?

PS - I did have a Windows update and the computer was restarted. Is there a way to have the program restart in the mode it was shut down in?

Yes, in Config > Specials you can select "start_paused" and it will start paused :)
