so after a bit of research I dived in for a
Diamond giganews account,
Vypr VPN using L2TC/iSEC w all my internet traffic routed through this VPN,
SABnzbd Version: 0.5.6 | smpl Version: 1.3

Running all of the above on a single computer connected across wifi to a home router with other users
Re my SABnzbd issues, - it's running on port 8085 as I think someone a long time ago had setup SAB on this comp and it was probably still attached to port 8080?
Yesterday set up my server configuration to 'news-europe.giganews.com', port 563, SSL enabled, Timeout 120, connections 50 (max allowed by my giganews account) and tested the server, went green worked fine.
Since yesterday was getting these warnings about account sharing

Noone else has the login details, only reason I can think for probably account sharing is that I lose my VPN connection occasionally and most likely my computer reconnects via SAB to giganews using a normal geopgraphical IP address?

I just changed from usenetserver to astraweb and I'm getting the same error now!!
