Yes, sabnzbd resets on every startup. I see the flag/language option everytime i restart the pc. I have .ini back up, i replace and restart sabnzbd and it's fine. Why does it loose settings like that?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.

You'll need to check the SABnzbd logfiles for error messages.
Somehow the INI file isn't writable.
