SSL on by default

When adding a new usenet server currently it defaults to not secured.
Please make SSL (checked) the default for security reasons.

The honest answer is that SABnzbd is significantly slower with SSL enabled than without. Not just our implementation, but also core Python stuff: https://github.com/python/cpython/pull/25478
So to avoid too many "NZBGet is so much faster" posts, I have kept it off by default but made it very easy (not hidden under advanced settings and also shown in the wizard) to enable SSL.
