Updates to Scheduling page

There are a couple things I'd like to see changes on the scheduling page. First, the dropdown lists should be labeled (hour, minute) so they are less confusing. Instead of a dropdown list for days, there should be checkboxes to select individual days, rather than the choice now of one day or all days.
