Abitlity to rename Rss feeds

I know it was asked for in the forums over a year ago, but seems to have been lost.
Could we have the ability to rename the RSS feed after it is created. I have some that I started and have added many different shows to the original one and so the feed name doesn't reflect the "use" now.

I know I can rename it using the ini file but would like a web page option to do so maintaining the history etc of the feed.

Which is precisely why we didn't implement it.
