All users share one setting option

All users share the exact same settings option. One checkbox. Sabnzbd has gone squirrely two times when I tried to do this by running through the Sabnzbd wizard on different accounts (Windows XP SP3 x86 & Windows 7 x64). I have not seen this behaviour on FreeBSD or *nix.

By default SABnzbd stores all its info in the current user's profile.
How do you start it up?
What you describe simply doesn't happen, unless you tell SABnzbd
to do so with the -f parameter.
