The version 0.5 update is having trouble auto-updating. If you can't get it through auto-updating, then just grab it from the link above.

Auto-updating should be working now. The latest release is 1.0 and brings the following changes:

*Support for nzbxxx.com
*Support for username/password servers (no api key)
*Stripped out a ton of excess code and files (extension is 50% of it's original size now)

Let me know if you run into any problems

Hi!! this is great..

although i cant get it to work.. have installed the extension (1.0).. and added my API key.. stupid question? which API key? from sab or from nzbmatrix? ive tried both

but when i click on the icon in nzbmatrix it changes.. but nothing has gone into sabnzdb?

i get;
URL Fetching failed; (Problem accessing nzbmatrix server (error:missing_data)), Try again

am i missing something?

You need the API Key from SABnzbd. I think you will also need your NZBMatrix account setup in your SABnzbd settings. Sorry, there isn't a lot of error handling as of now :)

Hi

First of thanks for this. I understand you are busy with an ipad app for sab....

When you fgind the time do you think it is possible to add categories support just like the firefox extension? ( https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/7617/ )

Well auto-population of categories could take some time. However, I can add a javascript alert (that can optionally be turned on or off) where you can enter whatever category you want. Would that be helpful?

I don't think that would be useful. When I needed it, it would be off. and when it was on, it'd be annoying and useless. :)

Automatic categorization is the way to go. Until then, we'll just have to be patient.

Hi.

Stupid question:

but what does this addon do?
I have installed it, put in my user data and proper ip adress/port.
but nothing happens.

No button appears
no status bar, nothing.

any idea?
I must be doing something wrong.

Thanks a lot

EDIT: PLEASE IGNORE... I have found out while reading the first topic (1clickadd). Thank you...
Just need to figure out... still not working with mine

There is almost no error checking right now. So double check you have api key enabled in your SABnzbd settings, if you do then you need to supply the add-on with your api key. If you do not, then you need to use your username and password.

If someone would like to test NZBMatrix category support, they may work now (if you are running SABnzbd+ 0.5.3). The chrome extension thread is having success and this port uses most of the same code :)

I've submitted this to the "Safari Extension Gallery" which should be available to see in a month or two. I'll post a link to it when Apple gets everything all setup. Until then, just use the link in the first post.

No updates or news at the moment. Is there something specific you are looking for?

Sorry, should have been more specific. Is there any update on if/when we will see the extension show up on Apple's Safari extensions page?
