hmmm, im getting massive differences between browsers.  In IE and firefox i dont even have a save button, in opera, it doesnt even load, and the one browser it works in (chrome) it wont save the settings. 


Is there a recommended browser?

I use Chrome myself, but test in Firefox. So in those browsers it should work.
My sister uses IE and it worked fine (although some styling issues).

Is there a preferred browser to use? 

On firefox and IE (both latest stable versions) I dont even have a save button on the settings dialog
On opera, CouchPotato wont even load
On chrome, the dialogs are all correct, I have the save button, but it doesnt write to the config.

I use FF , and no problems at all.
Also a good thing about FF is that you can use the IMDB userscript to add movies to CP

I'm having what appears to be an interaction between sabnzbd+ dumping a movie in a download folder and couchpotato renaming it.

The movie download consists of several .VOB files, several .IFO files and several .BUP files.

The interaction appears to be that the cleanup part of the renamer code is too aggressive.  It starts cleaning up even before sabnzbd+ has finished unpacking everything.  In this example, it deletes .IFO files and .BUP files mid-way through sabnzbd+s unpack process.

OK, have done that.

Another issue is that I'm getting a 'fatal' version.  And no amount of updating seems to fix it.

I deleted the CouchPotato directory after saving the db and ini files.  Did a fresh clone.  Copied the 2 files back.

I still get a 'fatal' version and update needed, no matter how many times I update.  Also, git pull says I'm up to date.

Another feature request: set the time of the "full search".

Since it's only running once a day (which is fine) I'd like to run it at night, when I'm not watching anything (since unpacking slows my Mac Mini down a bit).

I've just noticed an odd feature.  CP has looked into the directory where it moves films to and 'claimed' all the other films there.  I have 100s of films in there, and this adds quite a lot of stuff to the end of the wanted page.

Additionally, if you now click on the recycle button next to a film that CP didn't download itself, it adds it to the wanted list, but with no qualities ticked.

Additionally, if you now click on the recycle button next to a film that CP didn't download itself, it adds it to the wanted list, but with no qualities ticked.

I have never seen this , does not happen for me also.
So maybe the set-up is not 100% correct  ?
