Having the same problems as a few others have mentioned, "Error: Unable to connect to SABnzbd server"

Hi - i love the app...however the results returned by NZBMatrix seem inconsistent with what I get when I search on the NZBMatrix site itself.

It also only returns 20 results regardless of what is configured in the config for the search engine.

Is this a known bug? - or am i missing something.

Hi All, It's been a long while since I did any coding for NzbSearcher.
a few people have asked me for the code, and if they can help maintain the program, add functions, solve bugs and what not.
As I acknowledge that I simply do't have time to do this myself, I decided to open-source the project, anyone who wants to help develop on this, can have a go. source code available on SVN (sourceforge)
if there are any questions about the source, just send me a PM, most of the time I'll respond fairly quickly (during day time, CET)

if you want to be part of the project's development, please send me a PM with your sourceforge username, so I can add you to the project.
from now on, please post any bug reports into the tracker on sourceforge, so everyone developing on this application can see the bugs, and fix them.

this is because of the API that NzbMatrix provides, it only returns 20 items, nothing I can do about that I'm afraid.

Sbrants is now helping out with the project to maintain it, fix bugs, and add functionality.

Some bug fixes:
- fixed deletion of movies from imdb lists
- fixed issue with computers with a locale using comma as decimal separator.
- fixed issue with read-only configuration file.

One enhancement, let me know what you think about it:
- added a "Folder Watcher":
NzbSearcher will upload all nzb files from a defined folder to SABnzbd, and monitor for future addition of nzbs.
It's usefull for user with SABnzbd running on a different machine from the one running NzbSearcher.

Hi. I myself lost interest, gone with different (better) solutions.
and it seems nzb searching is a dying hobby, so unless someone else is building this in (it's open source) it's eol for NzbSearcher. (sorry....)
