I am a VIP member of nzb.su and dognzb and nzbs.org and I tried all three of them.
I am using windows 8 enterprise and I have tried Chrome and Firefox.
I also tried and older version of LL (about 7 days old) and it seemed to work.
Maybe I should just leave it for a while.

How are you putting the address in config? When I tested it I added 'nzb.su' (without the www or http:// etc). Perhaps give that a shot if you haven't already. Your log should also provide you with some explanation as to why it isn't working (feel free to mark something as wanted and then post the end of the log file here and I will take a look for you).

I verified it as working yesterday after the update and not working prior to the update. I added headers to the api calls could be the admin is blocking them intentionally. Won't be able to look at it for a few days

I tried with three different newznzb indexers (different from those above) and still no joy.
I will leave it for now.
Thanks for trying.

is there anyway to force it to search for books? so far it only seems to when i first add a book but i dont see where it is ever searching again or a way to force it.

also there doesnt seem to be a way to switch a book from wanted status to skipped status

You should be able to find wanted or skipped books by using the table filter. You can force it to search for a book by re-marking the book as wanted again. It will search for all wanted books every 6 hours.

yea I don't get why it can't read it if LL downloads the nzb. I thought maybe LL was saving it with read only permissions or it was corrupted... idk I guess we need another Linux synology user to see if it does the same thing for them :(

I'm a synology user, i've just got though using the details from github to create a spk file to do the install. once this is done and i go though getting a newsnab indexer sorted, i've let you know how I fair.

[edit] ok spk installed ok and prompted me to update. i'm now apparently running version e23ad7bd1c83548be0cb51ede2927558de3fa871

so i will sort out an indexer and let you know what happens.

Would it be possible to put the same selection options in the Books tab that exists in the Authors tab. That way we can filter all books that match a filter criteria and then change the status to wanted, have or downloaded?

It should be, however, it would need to be reworked as it currently only passes the book name not author. It isn't a priority however as first more providers need to be added.

When you rename the files are you modifying any of the metadate in the book file? I ask because I import the files into Calibre and when imported the title includes both the title and series. So the series must be removed from the title and added to the series field.

No it is not re-writing any data (except for the opf file)

Any chance of adding more provider options since nzb matrix went down?
