RCLONE script anyone?

Post by jl0810 » February 15th, 2018, 7:31 pm

this should be easy. I would like a simple post processing script to move my file to my G-Drive using rclone.

This command works from the Terminal

rclone copy "$1" remote:"TV Shows"

For some reason, I can't get it to work from the postprocessing script. Keeps on saying "command not found"

HELP!

Is rclone on the search path.
As in: when you launch a command-window, can the "rclone" command be executed directly after opening?
And how do you save this script?

I setup a script with rclone to do just this.

Code: Select all

#!/bin/bash
/usr/bin/rclone move $1 Google:Media/$5/$3
rm -r $1
It is working great for me. Basically once it finishes downloading it will move the files into my Google Drive and then remove the folder structure that was created when it downloaded and processed the NZB.

Make sure you setup rclone before hand to determine what your remote path is. Save the script to your scripts folder, run chmod +x on the script and you are ready to go.
