req (linux) move to network hard drive

ok what i need is a little script that will move the folder of a completed download (ie after  extraction) to network hard drive. i did think about setting the completed folder as the  network drive but it would copy the rars there then extract them through that drive,however the drive cady is really slow

Files are extracted from the incomplete folder to the complete folder, so the rar's will never be moved to the complete folder when the download is set to +delete, unless the unpacking fails.
