Script Not working [SickBeard]

Hi I'm trying to set up sabnzbd With sickbeard are gone through the steps by steps all works except I get an error with the script and trying to figure this out for a few days now any advice would be appreciated
I'm running qnap ts-569 sabnzbdplus v141108 sickbeard v141207
