Willing to pay to get a good script done

I would like to get a script made that does two things (not the simplest of things, but shouldn't be too bad):

1) download subtitles for the file
2) grab the episode info from one of the TV sites (if show found) and rename the file properly. The built-in "sort" function of the app is pretty useless because it won't remove release info or grab episode title, since most files don't include that.

Anyone have this or want to do it?
