It fails at 16.1%?

edit: Any other MKVs to test? Could be a bad encode.

Phew. haha. I was considering updating the script to extract dodgy audio tracks (as you have.) and transcode to WAV.
Not tonight.

Also, Arch Linux.

Recommended highly. You can follow a Wiki post to get started, it can be daunting at first. Though nothing is more worth the effort. (look into yaourt/AUR, all of these problems would have been solved in an instant. tsMuxeR at least.)

Anyway, glad you sorted it.

(If you do decide to upgrade to Arch, I was considering adding this script (once it's far more stable.) to AUR/SF.)

Anyway to make it delete the folder and put the file where the folder was. Just like how the old script did it? Right now its leaving the .m2ts in the folder of the movie.

It is now.

Added:

Code: Select all

##mux options
M2TS_AUDIO_LANG="" ##eg. "ger" - leave blank to choose first available. if specified language is not found, will auto-select.
M2TS_SUBS_LANG="" ##as above.
M2TS_SUBS_FONT="/usr/share/fonts/TTF/DejaVuSans.ttf" ##will exit if not found. (only if subs are found.)
SAVE_MUX_INPUT="1" ##set to 1 to retain MKV/AVI input files.
MUX_ONE_UP="1" ##move mux output up one level.
REMOVE_INPUT_DIR="1" ##remove input dir. after muxing/joining. (MUX_ONE_UP must be "1", SAVE_MUX_INPUT must be "0")
will update OP after testing.

stabu: If you still have the log of the file that failed muxing, could you post the entire thing please. Couldn't have any fail on me to get the error message.

Here's the seperated mkv2m2ts function:

M2TS_SUBS_FONT="/usr/share/fonts/TTF/DejaVuSans.ttf" ##will exit if not found. (only if subs are found.)
SAVE_MUX_INPUT="0" ##set to 1 to retain MKV/AVI input files.
MUX_ONE_UP="1" ##move mux output up one level.
REMOVE_INPUT_DIR="1" ##remove input dir. after muxing/joining. (MUX_ONE_UP must be "1", SAVE_MUX_INPUT must be "0")

There are bound to be issues. (none obvious - though it's super late.) reply below if you run into any and I'll look into them.

stabu: I was able to mux the same file you were having issues with yesterday. Seems it was detecting subtitles where there weren't any. Sorted now.

You can remove the mux options segment from the bottom. (they're at the top.)

Also, I forgot the cd "$1" (again. Try again. Sorry. :D)
