Auto upload to torrent site

Hi there
I am extremely new to this and not very good with coding etc.
I am however running a torrent website for me and my some other people over a internet free wireless network.
My setup so far. - Torrent website - up and running
NZB indexers, server, sonarr and sabnzbd up and running.
Auto upload to torrent site - struggling to config.
I see there is a post on this 11 years ago but not much help on there. I downloaded the sab2torrent file but not sure how it works.
Any help on this would be gladly appreciated.
