When the Queue History reaches 185 pages, the most recent jobs in the queue, only display for 1-2 seconds, and then are removed. All settings related to the queue have been checked and re-checked for proper configuration.
This makes it difficult to see most recent failed jobs in queue, as they are removed.
The queue never seems to expand beyond 185 pages.

Just to be sure, you have checked the settings of the apps that add the NZB like Sonarr and Radarr? They are usually set to automatically remove jobs from the history.
It might be a technical limitation. How many jobs do you have in your history? (how many items per page)
You could turn on the automatic cleaning of the history to remove all but the latest 1000 items? It's in Config Switches.
