Failing to connect

Post by weybrew+ »

Yesterday I was downloading without any problems. In the afternoon ( and still today) I am getting the error msg..."Failed login for server news.usenetserver.com." Too much of a novice to understand the problem or how to fix it. Can someone help, please?

Is there an error message? What does it say when you try Test server on the server config page?

Thanks for your reply, Puzzled. When I clicked on the Test Server nothing happened. I clicked on through and the last page said I was ready to go in GREEN.

ATTENTION...login failure was due to my account being reclassified as "inactive." Inquiry in process.

I'm having similar issue. Can't login with username and PW. Problem appeared out of the blue after everything working properly for ages. Any ideas anyone? System is Windows 10 using Firefox browser.
