Xrdp strikes again... >:( let me guess: you were logged in via xrdp when doing the system upgrade and sab install?

Anyway: please post the output of the following commands:

Code: Select all

which sabnzbdplus
ls -la {/usr/bin,/bin}/sabnzbdplus
...for both the working and non-working situation.

If the forum software gets in the way, put it all on pastebin and post the link instead (with the dots replaced by spaces).

I've put [RDP / XRDP ] into the title so that the cause is clear, and Google can help others find it.

Had same issue. Created Symbolic Link as a quick work around. Not ideal, but works.

Hi All,

I would like to thank everyone here for helping me with this issue. Sander, jcfp et al, please accept my thanks.

I had the same issue, could not start service, caused by XRDP. Adding that information to the post brought me here from a Google search.

To resolve the issue I removed my install, reinstalled through SSH and then accessed the webui directly from my server desktop to complete the setup.

No issues (the instructions worked as listed) after install. Service is running, all is well!

Thank you all! :)
