SabNZBd+ keeps saying the status "verifying" on a download. And it keeps on indicating reparing 0%.
I've tried restarting SAbnzbd+ for 3 times which did not help.
I have Sabnzbd+ installed on my Synology NAS.
From the Synology interface I tried to update Sabnzbd+ but it keeps saying there is a server problem.
How can I fix this problem?
Keep saying "verifying" [SABnzbd 0.5.4, Synology DS210j]

Re: Keep saying "verifying"
In SABnzbd's upper right corner, click on the wrench symbol ("Status and interface options"), then click on first tab Status, and there click on the 100MB test download ... what is the result of that download?
Re: Keep saying "verifying"
@sander, I do not see this wrench symbol in my screen. I am on a direct interface of sabnzbd+ on my NAS.
I have an empty queue and a history list in which are 3 entires, 1 the download that won't complete and 2 queued entries.
When I test the news server it says the connection is succesfull.

Re: Keep saying "verifying"
SABnzbd Version: 0.5.4 | smpl Version: 1.3
I am looking where I can update this version to 1.03 which is indicated in the interface, but did not succeed at this moment.

Re: Keep saying "verifying"
The Synology is probably also old indeed. But it's th first time something fails on me.
Re: Keep saying "verifying"
I've power cycled the NAS and now it's verifying. So this seems to solve it. Now finding out how I can update the package on the NAS....
Re: Keep saying "verifying"
Your NAS must be ancient.. I doubt any updates are available for it.
What DSM version is on it? Oldest supported is 5.2.

Re: Keep saying "verifying"
This should help with updating if you have access to the package manager of your Synology NAS.
Step 1
Skip this step 1 if you are on DSM7 or later.
Log into your NAS as administrator and go to Main Menu → Package Center → Settings and set Trust Level to Synology Inc. and trusted publishers.
Step 2
In the Package Sources tab, click Add, type SynoCommunity as Name and htt ps:// packages. synocommunity. com/ as Location and then press OK to validate. Couldn't post links so I had to do it the above way delete the spaces for working link
Step 3
Go back to the Package Center and enjoy SynoCommunity's packages in the Community tab.
Then search or look through the community repository for SABnzbd
Hope this helps.

Re: Keep saying "verifying"
Too fast excited, It keeps again on verifying and repairing 0% ....
@Sander, DSM 4.3 and Synolog DSJ210
@KPKEV, I've added the community, but I do not see sbnzbd in the community. Too old NAS/DSM?

Re: Keep saying "verifying" [SABnzbd 0.5.4, Synology DS210j]
https://www.synology.com/nl-nl/support/ ... 5.2#system says there is DSM 5.2 for your DSJ210. So, also old (DSM is at 7 now), but maybe better than your DSM 4.3. And hopefully with a newer SABnzbd.
And about your hardware: AFAIK "DS210" means: 2 drive model from the year '10 (= 2010). So 12 years old ...

Re: Keep saying "verifying" [SABnzbd 0.5.4, Synology DS210j]
Yeah I believe upgrading to DSM 7 may allow you to see it, I'm not 100% on it though. But no matter what you do I would definitely upgrade your DSM to 7. (or the latest your old NAS will allow if it cant use DSM 7) Then you would be able to check for SABnzbd anyway, if you cant find it you could possibly do a manual install through the package manager.
PS: In package manager make sure you have clicked on the community repository and look in there. I know that seems obvious but sometimes its the small things, I have made that mistake looking for things and then realized I was in the wrong repository

Re: Keep saying "verifying" [SABnzbd 0.5.4, Synology DS210j]
It will only show packages that can run on the DSM version installed. So it won't show Sab in package manager for this old DSM.
